Landscaped the entire sphere of bio-synthetic polymers and fibres, embedding them into a 3-year development strategy across Leisure, Wardrobe, Active, and Knitwear to secure the brand’s leadership in sustainability. Built, managed, and developed teams researching sustainable polymers, fibres, yarns, dyes, finishes, and new manufacturing processes.

Designed and introduced a database of 300+ innovators to track leads, manage developments, and form a key business-wide innovation resource. Established a continuous scouting process for start-ups and emerging technologies, presenting strategic pitches to executives for investment or partnership opportunities.

Developed and launched successful innovations such as flexible fit, comfort satin, and crease-free linen in Sleepwear, and smoothing compression leggings and shaping printed Lycra® leggings in Activewear. Delivered elite swimsuits engineered for hydrodynamics, buoyancy, compression, and water repellency, and Santoni seam-free garments for high-performance sport.

Invented and patented Magic Slimming Leggings and Slimming Illusion Tights, delivering breakthrough products that combined textile technology with consumer appeal.

Created numerous commercially successful global firsts, including Fresh Feet socks, tights that don’t ladder, and temperature-regulating tights that keep you warm in the cold and cool in the heat.
